My Daily Constitution
brings the U.S. Constitution
into your everyday life.

Constitution Cafés and Happy Hours

These discussions target a specific constitutional issue. They can be one-off events or a series of discussions over a period of time. Constitution Cafés have been held nearly everywhere, including bars, churches, restaurants, libraries, parks, and dance halls, in cities of all sizes, such as Cincinnati and Dayton OH, NYC, Seattle, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, and Levittown, PA.

Playing the Constitution

This comprehensive marathon reading (up to 6 hours) of the Constitution includes interpretation and musical improvisation. So far, Playing the Constituion has been held in music venues, such as The Living Room in NYC, and The Jewelbox Theatre in Seattle, but any place with a sound system can work.

Kiss Me I'm Voting!

These voter registration drives use pucker-up photo shoots to put a fun twist on this basic, vital expression of democracy. Ideal sites for Kiss Me have been farmer's markets, street fairs, music festivals, and other community gatherings.

Habeas Lounge

A sculptural installation built for civic gatherings and exhibited in art gallery settings. Placemaking supporting public life.

Patriot

These buttons prompt questions and conversations about our relationship to our country. Just who is a patriot?
